I can tell you know that it probably wont come out of the bushing. You should still be able to press the old bushing out with the bolt still in it, just cut the nut off and enough of the bolt to get it out.

I've used that approach too... take simple propane or MAPP torch and burn the rubber bushing out. Stinks up the garage (and yard, and driveway, and neighbor's yard...) but works.
