WebNope, they can't. I called, they can only tell me what part of the data is used by X1 device (s) vs. the modem and whether it's predominantly upload or download. Can't tell me what device is supposedly using 30-40 GB/day. It's a complete joke that they can't tell me what is using the data so I can correct it.
