I had to make a new shortcut from the .exe itself in "C:\Program Files\Elgato\CameraHub" after enabling "Run as Administrator" in the .exe properties and then pinned that to start and it seems to be working as intended. Actually, scratch that. WebJust move the Streamdeck software to your main Monitordisplay and it works. If you have multiple Monitors and it wont work. just disconnect them in windows settings. Open the software and move the windows a little bit so they open next time on the main monitor again. Quite a curiose Bug but it worked for me.
