Web30 Apr 2024 · I’ve been using Thistle Hardwall as a base, and that’s where the air bubbles are. I’m hoping to find out why I’m getting the problem before I start the skim. I’ve tried scraping the Hardwall off and reapplying, I’ve tried applying in different directions, I’ve tried ‘popping’ each bubble and filling the hole.
